Sometimes some screensavers do not work on some computers. It happens. The problem is that it happens for many reasons, and some of them are beyond our control. In all situations we shall do our best to make our free screensavers work. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that they will.

Before contacting support service please make sure that your system corresponds to the minimal technical requirements. They are: video card Radeon 7500, NVIDIA GeForce MX 400 or better, CPU AMD Athlon 1GHz or better, RAM at least 128 MB, HDD free space at least 50 MB. The operating system should be Windows 98 or higher.

When contacting technical support service, please make sure you include the name of the screensaver you have problems with, the source you downloaded this screensaver from, and your system specifications. Otherwise we shall be unable to assist you in making it work.
